Full-Stack Software Engineer, AI Platform

Your primary focus is the platform itself — user interfaces, the backend, databases, infrastructure and deployments, and the AI models, frameworks and tooling we work with, hosted or open-weight. You may also work on AI features and on customer agents.

What you'll do

• Build and improve platform features — user interfaces, backend services, databases and infrastructure
• Build agents for customers: connect their systems and write the tools those agents call
• Debug deployment issues in customers' and our own managed environments, and ship the fix quickly
• Turn customer requests into platform features the whole product benefits from

What we look for

• 3+ years building production software, ideally in TypeScript
• A practical understanding of how LLM model APIs work — streaming, tokens, rate limits, cost
• Production experience with LLMs — context and prompt engineering, agent design and evaluation frameworks
• Comfort across the stack: user interfaces, APIs, databases and query performance, containers, deployment
• Happy to switch between platform work and customer work as priorities move
• Excellent with AI-powered tools such as coding agents
• Excellent work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Great communication and collaboration skills
