Forward Deployed Product Manager

You define what each customer’s agents should do. You work with the customer to understand their requirements and processes, agree on the scope, and write the specifications our engineers build from.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements from customer teams and agree which agents to build first
• Be the customer’s main point of contact through onboarding, scoping and delivery, and manage timelines and expectations
• Write clear specifications for our engineers, including what each agent must be able to do
• Define what good looks like for each agent — the test questions, expected answers, and the accuracy bar the customer signs off on
• Track adoption after launch — usage, accuracy issues, and feedback from customer teams
• Bring recurring customer needs back into the platform roadmap

What we look for

• 3+ years in product management, or a similar role shaping what gets built
• Product experience with enterprise or B2B software, ideally data-heavy
• Able to tell the difference between what a customer asks for and what they actually need, and turn it into a concrete plan
• Strong stakeholder management, from analysts to executives
• You can read a schema, write SQL, and judge whether an agent’s output is correct
• Excellent, professional speaking and writing skills in English
• Able to say no to requests that would not work in production
• Excellent with AI-powered tools in your own day-to-day work
• Excellent work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Great communication and collaboration skills
